Robot Yaskawa Motoman MH180-120

The MH180-120 is a six-axis, high speed, low profile, versatile robot that can be used for a variety of applications.  It has a large 120 kg payload, a wrist rating of IP67, and a body rating of IP54; all of which make it ideal for handling large and heavy parts.  The extended reach (3,058 mm horizontal reach and 4,105 mm vertical reach) can help reduce the need for an external track, which will simplify programming and decrease your system cost. The counter balance has been removed from the base of the MH180-120, which gives it higher accelerations, decelerations, and speeds. 

It will reduce your cycle times with its slim wrist profile that enables reach into confined spaces and makes it perfect for high density spacing.  Valuable floor space was in mind when designing the MH180-120; this is seen with the mounting surface that takes up very minimal space (44% reduction) and the small interference radius of 515 mm. 

The MH180-120 also has a 70% decrease in power consumption, protected cables that are routed through the base to the arm, and is pre-wired for a servo gripper to increase versatility.  This robot is paired with the DX200 controller.
