The versatile MH700 is a high performance robot specifically used for heavy duty jobs as it can handle a payload up to 700 kg and multiple materials including ceramics, composites, metals, and polymers. It is perfect for machine or press tending, “jigless” applications, or any other handling tasks as it has heavy-duty bearings that help to provide a smooth arm rotation. The six-axis MH700 has full capability with parallel link construction which boasts strength, rigidity, and stabilization for any loads bearing high moment or inertia.
The design of the MH700 is also streamlined, which improves overall productivity as it can reach into confined spaces. Cable and air line lives can be increased as they are routed through the robot base to the upper arm. This also enhances safety and reduces teaching time. Automating with the MH700 can help rid any inconsistencies that may have previously existed with manual operations with applications such as turning, milling, and grinding.
