Robot Yaskawa Motoman MPK50
Robot Yaskawa Motoman MPK50
Motoman MPK50 packaging and palletizing robots can perform applications that have rigorous demands such as heavy payloads and wide work areas. The MPK50 DX100 moves with fast speeds and high acceleration. This streamlined robot arm can make a full 360 degree rotation in its large work envelope. The MPK50 DX100 was designed with a minimized interference radius for added flexibility.
The Motoman DX100 controller is used with the MPK50, creating a user-friendly programming environment and multiple robot control. The MLX100 and the MLX200 are also compatible. The extensive I/O suite includes integral PLC and touch screen HMI.
There are also used Motoman MPK50 robots available. All used MPK50 robots go through an intense refurbishment process and include the RobotWorx Value Package. Whether you purchase a new or used Motoman MPK50, you won’t be disappointed with the fast speeds and amazing throughputs it brings!

Robot Controller
The Motoman DX100 is an open communication dynamic next-generation controller with the ability to control up to 8 robots (72 axes max). It has fast processing speeds that lead to high performances, smooth interpolation, and open communication. Floor space is able to be efficiently utilized with the use of the DX100 as the connections are on the back of the unit. The DX100 uses Advanced Robot Motion (ARM) control and is best-in class for path planning which helps to decrease teaching time.
Energy saving (up to 25%) and safety-compliant, the DX100 is programmed through a small and lightweight Windows CE color screen teach pendant. This input device includes features a unique cross-shaped navigation cursor which helps to reduce teaching time and improve productivity.
Additionally, the pendant has a convenient and compact flash slot to help facilitate backups and all it houses all of the operator controls. The DX100 reduces the need for separate PLC and HMI devices. This results in a significant cost savings when integrating a robotic workcell. Furthermore, there is a maintenance with reducer status check function to help enhance trouble shooting and alarm recovery.
