Robot Yaskawa Motoman MH215 II
Robot Yaskawa Motoman MH215 II
If your production line is seeking power and increased speeds, then you may want to consider the Motoman MH215 II. The MH 215 II is set to reduce cycle times with its high-rigidity speed reducers and high-speed motion, It has a slim wrist profile and streamlined upper arm design to help fit into confined spaces and can be mounted in close proximity to other machines, enabling maximum use of your floorspace. The cables of the Motoman MH215 II are routed through the robot base to upper arm to help increase their life, enhance safety, and reduce teaching time. The base of the robot offers a cable installation tube to help ease the fieldbus routing to the robot upper arm and/or gripper. Also, the MH215 II is pre-wired for a servo gripper which allows a wider range of product handling.
The benefits of this robot do not stop here, the MH215 II robot can tackle large parts and heavy payloads (up to 215 kg) and has a large work envelope that extends behind the robot. There is also up to 70% less power consumption during motion and 25% savings during idle periods compared to previous models. This robot is pre-wired for servo gripper to further increase the range of product handling, if desired, and the IP67 wrist and IP54 body are standard.
