Robot Yaskawa Motoman MH80 II

The MH80 II is a high speed, powerful handling robot that is sure to increase your production with its superior performance in dispensing, material cutting, machine tending, press tending, and other handling applications. It is a six-axis robot with a high wrist rating of IP67 that provides an increased handling capacity with a payload up to 80 kg. In addition, the MH80 II is very reliable, with its high-speed motion, high-rigidity speed reducers, and cables routed through the base and upper arm, all of which help to increase robot life and safety, while also reducing the cycle times.

The MH80 II requires minimal floorspace as it offers a small interference zone combined with a wide work envelope. This enables the robot to be placed close to other workpieces or equipment. It can be mounted to the floor, wall, or ceiling and mounting for peripheral equipment is provided in multiple locations for easier integration.

If needed, there are additional options available such as an IP65 rated body, eXtraProtection, and anti-corroisve paint. The MH80 II is paired with the DX200.
